2. Personal Information and data
In order to provide and continuously improve our services, we collect the following types of information through our software:
Operation and usage data: This includes the operating status of the software, the frequency of use of features, performance data, as well as how often you use the software, the duration and the specific actions performed. When the software is abnormal, we will collect data and information on your device, such as the device's IP address, name, operating system version, application configuration, and the date and time of using the service. We pay special attention to the type and number of tests you perform, so we also collect application crash logs and performance diagnostics to optimize the service.
- Device and location information: includes device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (such as IMEI or MAC address). In order to provide more accurate test results, we may collect and use your geolocation information to select the most appropriate test server and optimize your test experience. When using the App for the first time, we will ask for your consent and continue to use this information for the duration of your use of the App.
3. Purpose of data collection
The information we collect will be used for the following purposes:
- Provision of services and improvements: Use the collected data to provide and optimize our services, improve network test accuracy, optimize server selection, improve application performance, and resolve technical issues.
- Personalized Experience and Analytics research: Provide you with personalized content and recommendations based on your usage and preferences to enhance your experience. At the same time, statistical analysis is performed using aggregated anonymous data to better understand user needs and market trends to improve our services and products.
